Breakthrough Funding
Reaching out to people who have immediate, basic needs is vital. We will never walk away from that responsibility. Supporting programs that work within critical areas is the foundation for a caring community.
Breakthrough Funding
Breakthrough Funding provides support to unique, one-time, innovative opportunities that involve community collaborations. In alignment with the Community Action Plan goals and strategies as related to one of the four Focus Areas, programs must meet one of the following criteria:
- Innovations, and/or,
- Emerging needs, and/or
- Capacity building
In addition to meeting the Breakthrough Criteria, programs must demonstrate the following:
- Data driven results
- Community collaboration
- Lasting community change in a community condition ~ creating community impact
