Investment Program Spotlight: Boys and Girls Club of Pitt County


The Pitt County Boys and Girls Club serves more than 2000 students from ages 6-18. Established since 1969, its forty years of hard work and continous efforts to make an impact on the lives of Pitt County children has paid off. They have now expanded to five units in Greenville, Ayden, and Farmville, the main one located in Winterville. The Boys & Girls Club of Pitt County, Jack Minges Unit, has one of the largest average daily attendance of any club in the United States! It is nationally recognized for operating efficiency, with 87% of all funds going directly to its youth service programs.
 
The Boys and Girls Club of Pitt County have been an essential asset in making a difference in the lives of our youth; It is a place where fun and learning go together. They have helped the students overcome new challenges, reach their full potential and gear them as responsible and prepared individuals for the future.
